Start Meditation, Stop Smoking

#

Smoking is a hard habit to break. Look at how many of us still keep smoking long after it has ceased to be fun or useful to us. Once we have become addicted, breaking that addiction is truly difficult. Most ex-smokers will admit that they didn't manage to give up on the first attempt. We even joke “I'm pretty good at giving up smoking – I've done it so many times”. But if you want to give up for good you have to accept that it will be hard and do everything you can to ensure that once you've done it there is no going back.

Many people will look at the idea of meditation and assume that it cannot possibly work for them. Where is the nicotine replacement? Where is the punishing physical work? Meditation is for yoga experts, is it not? Not according to Start Meditation, Stop Smoking, it isn't. This guide shows you the way to take up meditation and see the cravings disappear. No-one is going to pretend it is easy. It just isn't. But it is more than possible.

You'll be amazed by how much better you feel, and smell, and look after just a short while without smoking. You'll also feel a lot less inclined to shout at everyone and everything around you while you are getting over the addiction. This is a truly effective way to cast out your nicotine-fuelled demons and once you've gone through the process you won't feel inclined to go back to the cigarettes.
